The "Noor Al-Jinan" Application (lit.
light of Paradise) was prepared with the continuous efforts of the staff of Computer Research Center of Islamic Sciences (also known as Noor Center) to be used on mobile phones running the Android operating system, and it was provided free of charge to the enthusiasts of dua (invocation) and supplication.The features of the App are as follows:Display of the text of the du`as and ziyarats in the form of paragraphs with voiceProvision of four separate indexes for du`as and supplications, practices, ziyarats, and prayersDisplay of daily devotional acts as well as the acts to be performed on occasionsTrilingual user interface and provision of Persian and English translations of Mafatih al-Jinan titles and textsDisplay of the religious calendar, religious timings, and prayer call times in different countries and cities of the world (according to their time zones)Display of some Islamic widgets such as the Rak`at counter, the Doxology counter, and the Qibla finderWe hope that in the next versions we will see improvement in the App in quantity and quality by increasing the sources of du`as and supplications, providing different voices, and developing side capabilities, God willing.
